About Shandong Ningjin Spring We have produced springs for machinery, automobiles and trains since 1970. We offer cold- and hot-coiled springs with wire diameters ranging from 0.1mm to 90mm. Our main products include compression springs, extension springs and torsion springs. We also offer OEM/ODM services.
Our production
In order to meet our customers' various requirements, we have recently established four new automatic production lines. We are ISO 9001:2000-certified and have 12 electric furnaces, six automatic spring coiling machines, four shot blasting machines, six spring testers, an electrostatic spraying gun and more. Our springs undergo rigorous testing to ensure they are ready for long-term use. One such test is our bogie spring test, in which we compress the spring over 4 million times before approving the design. This takes three months to do.
We also manufacture rubber and metal castings. With our large workshop and strict quality control, we are ready to meet your requirements.
